Returns &  Refunds

Misty Rain items are handmade in small batches. Because of the handmade nature of the products, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.

Please review all item descriptions, photos, and sizing details carefully before purchasing.

If there is a concern with an order, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and I’ll be happy to review the situation and work toward a fair solution when possible.

Handmade Variations

Variations in stitching, fabric placement, pattern alignment, or measurements are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.  Sizes listed are approximate due to the handmade nature of the items

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, Misty Rain is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or packages lost in transit. If a package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number provided.
